ActiveDogToys.com, simply return your dog toys within 30 days of receipt for a prompt and friendly
refund or exchange. All dog toys are subject to a 20% restocking fee If dog toys are opened or
used. All Nina Ottosson dog toys are subject to a 30% restocking fee if toys have been opened or
used. If your GoDogGo is defective, it is covered under a 1 year limited warranty and will be
exchanged for a new unit. Just email us at: support@ActiveDogToys.com with your name, phone
number, order number and the product's condition and we will send you our return instructions.
Return shipping is at your expense -- We do not refund outgoing shipping. (Sorry, we cannot
accept COD's.) We strongly recommend shipping and insuring your return through United Parcel
